8th grade is using radial symmetry and a variety of different shapes to create their own Mandala designs. The windows act as oversized “tracing tables” so they are able to keep the designs balanced!

BSMS sixth grade social studies classes are going “Over the top” with their test review of WWI. In this turn-based game, students are answering test questions in order to get their team closer to capturing the other teams’ flag!


The BSMS speech and debate team saw success at the middle school speech and debate tournament! We had many students place and are very proud of all the effort demonstrated from our students!

Monday, February 14, 2022 is a Professional Learning Day for OCS staff.


Mrs. Campbell’s sixth grade students are creating Valentine’s Day cards for local nursing home residents.




7th grade students solved puzzles using reading comprehension and literary devices in reading class in order to free Cupid in an escape room!
