“T☀️ tal-ly” awesome time checking out the solar eclipse this afternoon! 😎



BSMS students are encouraged to bring a beach towel with them to school on Monday to sit on as students will view the eclipse through solar glasses from 3:00-3:30 pm.
Regular dismissal procedures will take place at 3:40 pm.

BSMS seventh grade students presented their research to 5th grade students from Elm Grove Elementary and Middle Creek Elementary today on topics related to wellness for our first annual Health Expo!






Eighth grade students wrote their own, original sonnets to close out the 3rd nine weeks in Mr. Coates’ reading class!





BSMS art teacher, Ms. Jones, stood proudly with our students inspiring creations at this evening’s Celebration of the Arts event!

BSMS had a great afternoon filled with art, music, and drama experiences from Oglebay Institute instructors, along with silent reading and fresh air!

The BSMS Steel Band is ready for JMHS’s Steel Drum Festival this Saturday, March 16th in the John Marshall High School gymnasium. The fun begins at 1:00 pm and will include performances from various middle and high school steel bands! We hope to see you there!




Congratulations to the BSMS Goats Robotics team who took 7th at states yesterday in Skills and to the BSMS Buckets Robotics team who walked away with the Skills and Excellence award and a qualification for Worlds!!
